I can't sign up because my card won't work.
There are a number of factors that may account for your card not
processing through our system. Listed below are a few of those reasons.

I joined a membership site and I can't remember my username and/or password.

I know my account is active, but my username and password won't work.
Please remember our servers are cAsE SenSiTiVe so "Password" will
be different from "PASSWORD" or "password." You must type the user name
and password exactly as you did at sign up. You can verify the case
sensitivity of your log-in by checking your confirmation email or by
retrieving your account information Here.
You can also try clearing your browser's cache to correct the problem. To clear the cache:
For IE:
Go to Tools > Internet Options > Temporary Internet Files
Click the button to delete all temporary internet files
For Netscape:
Go to Edit > Preferences > Advanced > Cache
Click the button to clear the cache

How can I confirm that my account has been canceled?
After you successfully cancel your membership, you will receive a
confirmation email at the email address you originally entered on the
sign up form. If you do not remember what email address you entered on
the sign up form, you can look up that information Here.
You are charging me for something I didn't purchase or authorize.
If you believe we have processed a transaction incorrectly, we will be
happy to help you investigate the matter. Please log into the web site

fraudulent orders to the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), the
U.S. Postal Inspection Service and the International Criminal Police
Organization (INTERPOL). We cooperate fully with these agencies to
ensure successful prosecution of these cases.
